I am your Real Estate Advisor during every step of the buying and/or selling process.  I will be personally be involved throughout our time working together ensuring that all the wheels are turning in the right direction and that everyone from inspectors to lenders, title and insurance are communicating and completing their piece of the transaction effectively and efficiently.  I tell all of my clients at the onset of our work together that I know how to successfully work to get their property purchased or sold and that they need to lean on me to take on any worry and stress involved.  I know that successful and smooth transactions are very possible and I want my clients to experience this.

Long after your buying or selling transaction is complete, I am dedicated to my clients and enjoy an ongoing relationship with them. I strive to be a valuable resource to my clients connecting them with the people and services they need to help them maintain their homes and investments. I have an outstanding connection of attorneys, lenders, inspectors, and other vendors such as cleaning, handyman repair, major repair, and painters.  Occasionally I even reach out to my past clients seeking connections for people and services from their sphere!  I believe we are all better when we connect and help each other.  Stacie feels a particular thrill when her clients reach out to share the renovations and unique designs they’ve implemented, adding their personal touch to the properties!
